"Why I Coach" ~ Reflections from Our Graduates

When our graduates reflect on what coaching means to them, the result is an outpouring of love and a desire to be of service to others.

I coach because I care about leadership. I know the difference coaching can make to everyday discussions, as well as big decisions, and am inspired to help others see that too. - Jeff Lakuska

I coach because people who strive to make their lives better are the architects of a better world. It is a privilege and an honor to be part of helping them operationalize their vision of the possible. - Donna Justice

I coach emerging women leaders to unleash their natural strengths and the courage to share their voice. By doing so, I can create many ripple effects of positive change in our communities that I would not be able to do without coaching. - Sonia Kaur

I coach because I believe that each soul is worthy, unconditionally capable, and badass. I love helping people search the depths of their own soul to come up with customized and individually brilliant strategies to live a life of their own creation... in utter and complete choice! Who WOULDN’T want to do that?! - Traci Preciado
